DHL and FedEx provide official carrier PDFs; UPS defaults to a Provanza-generated UPS-style PDF from UPS POD data; for GLS, DPD, SEUR, Chronopost, BRT, Speedy, and Jadlog, Provanza generates tracking evidence from tracking-provider responses.
- How does the proof-of-delivery workflow work?
- Submit one or many tracking numbers, review validation and grouping results, monitor each shipment until proof is ready or needs attention, and export the available documents in bulk.

- Yes. API access is included from the Growth plan. Requests use bearer organization API keys, and interactive documentation and an OpenAPI document are available on the public API service.
- How does Provanza handle shipment and personal data?
- Provanza processes account, workspace, proof-of-delivery workflow, billing, communications, and limited technical data to operate the service. When delivery evidence is requested, the minimum necessary data may be sent to carrier systems or equivalent request flows. Optional public-site analytics loads only after consent.
