Delete your account in the app
- 1Open Provanza and select the Account tab.
- 2Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- 3Under Privacy controls, select Delete full account.
- 4Review the warning and select Delete my account permanently.

Before you delete
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You can first select Export my package data under Privacy controls.
- Workspace owners should transfer ownership and manage any active subscription in the web app before deleting their account.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your Provanza sign-in account, linked authentication accounts, active sessions, saved consumer packages, notification preferences, installations, and push-notification registrations associated with the account.
Records shared with a business workspace may remain available to that workspace with personal attribution removed where appropriate. Billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and other records may be retained only when required for legitimate or legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized when the applicable period ends. A short-lived identity-free notification deduplication record may also remain temporarily.
Request deletion without app access
Email [email protected], preferably from the address on your Provanza account. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership, but we will never ask for your password or verification code.
In-app deletion begins immediately after confirmation. We expect to complete a verified assisted request within 30 days, unless applicable law requires or permits a different period.
