Generic delivered evidence
How can you create generic delivered evidence?
When is a shipment eligible for generated delivered evidence?
Use generic delivered evidence when no supported official carrier artifact is available and the shipment has reliable delivered tracking data. Provanza requires delivered status, meaningful events, matching shipment identity, and safe source details. It then creates a non-official evidence PDF. No universal carrier policy applies to this generated record.
This route covers eligible carriers beyond the named direct families. The product does not treat a tracking landing page, an empty event list, or an in-transit status as proof. It also does not convert lookup input into delivery evidence.
A retrieval source can conditionally request destination postal input when needed, but many flows do not. Provanza uses the useful shipment record and keeps provider-neutral language. The generated PDF records delivered status and the meaningful timeline with its source and capture time. It is not issued by the carrier, does not promise acceptance in a dispute, and does not replace any official document that an authenticated sender may obtain separately. If the eligibility checks fail, Provanza creates no file.
Provanza-generated delivered evidence. It is not an official carrier document.

What evidence must the delivered tracking record contain?
The record must show delivered status, at least one meaningful event, matching carrier and tracking identity, and safe source and capture details.
An in-transit, empty, mismatched, unavailable, or unsafe record does not produce evidence.
What does generic delivered evidence not claim?
The Provanza PDF is not an official carrier artifact and does not establish one universal carrier policy.
It does not promise legal compliance, platform acceptance, or dispute success. Postal input can be requested conditionally and stays lookup input.
