How can you get BRT delivery evidence?
Who can view a BRT POD image?
BRT says subscribed customers can view the consignment note or POD image in the reserved customer area. Recipients can check delivery progress with the BRTcode, but that public tracking route is not the same as account proof access. Provanza creates non-official tracking evidence for eligible delivered BRT shipments.
The BRT FAQ separates two access paths. A recipient uses the shipment BRTcode to check status. A subscribed customer signs in to the reserved area, where the consignment note image or proof image can be available after delivery.
This account-based carrier capability does not mean every public recipient can download the official image. Provanza does not claim to retrieve that reserved-area document. Instead, it requires delivered status, matching BRT and tracking identity, meaningful events, and safe source details. Some generic retrievals can request destination postal input when required by the underlying flow; the need is conditional. The resulting Provanza PDF is generated tracking evidence, not a carrier-issued BRT POD. No eligible events means no generated artifact.

What can a recipient do with a BRTcode?
A recipient can use the BRTcode to follow the shipment and verify whether delivery occurred.

How does Provanza handle BRT evidence?
