How do I track a BRT shipment?
Enter the complete shipment number above to start a BRT-selected lookup without a Provanza account. BRT also provides an official tracking service and customer help for shipment status. Public recipient tracking and reserved customer proof access are different carrier surfaces.
BRT says recipients can use the BRTcode to check shipment progress and delivery. Its delivery FAQ says subscribed customers can view the consignment note or POD image in the reserved customer area after delivery.
That account capability does not establish public image access for every recipient. Provanza can generate non-official tracking evidence for an eligible delivered BRT shipment with meaningful events, matching identity, and safe provenance. BRT does not issue the Provanza PDF. Tracking may return no result or require more context. If the delivered record is insufficient, Provanza creates no usable evidence artifact.
