Provanza uses necessary or preference cookies and local storage. Optional analytics loads only if the user accepts the banner or enables analytics in preferences.
Analytics may use Google Analytics for aggregate measurement and Microsoft Clarity for behavior insights with sensitive content masked. We do not send form values, emails, tracking numbers, workspace names, or POD data.

- Cookie and local storage remembering light, dark, or system theme.
- Language preference
- Cookie remembering the selected language.
- Authentication session
- Session and security cookies managed by the authentication system.
- Interface preferences
- Local storage, for example remembering whether the dashboard sidebar is collapsed.
- Analytics consent
- First-party local storage remembering whether optional analytics was accepted or rejected.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
- Non-essential technologies loaded only after consent to measure pages, CTAs, and conversion with aggregate low-detail data.
Consent and browser controls
Strictly necessary technologies or technologies requested to remember preferences do not require the same consent as analytics or advertising cookies. Optional analytics requires prior acceptance and can be rejected or withdrawn from analytics preferences.
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking session or preference cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.
Technical carrier cookies
Backend processes that query carrier systems may handle technical or session cookies belonging to those third parties to complete POD requests. Those cookies are not installed in the Provanza visitor's browser.
